Totally Recruitment Limited is a well established, privately-owned business based in Birmingham and the Black Country, providing a complete recruitment solution with both a local and national presence.

‘TRL’  started life in Garretts Green, Birmingham focusing purely on transport & logistics, we supplied drivers of all classes to the industry. Upon opening our Black Country office back in 2016 we quickly faced new opportunities from within other sectors of which have developed our core business extensively and made us more diverse as a company. We supply temporary, contract and permanent workers to a wide variety of sectors with a clear focus on quality throughout the recruitment process; we work alongside small, family owned business through to large, international corporations.

Being located centrally within the UK has also given us the ability to reach out further afield. We regularly supply clients around the UK, so distance is no hurdle for us. Over the years we have built strong relationships with our clients and have enjoyed many long-term business partnerships with them.

MEET THE TEAM

Shane Ledger - Director

Shane started life in recruitment back in 1998 as a trainee consultant, over the years Shane progressed through the ranks into Management and became Branch Manager for a successful Driving branch based in Birmingham. Shane then progressed into an Executive Manager role overseeing three Driving branches within the West Midlands area. Shane now oversees the Sales, Service and future planning elements to the business.

With over 25 years working experience primarily within Administration and PA roles which have also included Sales support roles. Sharon has had the experience of working within many sectors during her career which have included Manufacturing and Commercial with her previous role being with one of the largest Trade Unions within the UK. Her skills and knowledge assist her greatly in understanding the Recruitment Industry and the needs of both clients and candidates.

Since joining Totally Recruitment Ltd in 2017, Hannah has adapted and taken on every challenge thrown her way, this has given her great success with filling customer requirements within the Commercial, Industrial and Transport sectors. Hannah is a natural with developing relationships with new and existing clients and very much enjoys this part of the role.

Nicole has worked in the recruitment industry for 15 years starting in 2010 as an Apprentice Administrator and worked her way up to Senior Recruitment Consultant. Nicole has worked a 360 role within the business for a number of years and returned in 2022 after having a baby to work as our Payroll/Compliance and Marketing Manager.
