Totally Recruitment Limited are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for our client based within the Kitts Green area.
Due to positive growth our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join a world-leading independent telecommunications business.
As an Administrator you will be required to carry out daily duties such as…
* Updating Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.
* Information gathering from other office staff and remote working Engineers.
* Liaising with Engineers regarding timesheets, daily jobs and runs.
* Answering the telephone and passing messages onto the relevant people.
* Ording stock.
* Raising permits
* Making outbound telephone calls.
* Other general Administration duties as and when required.
* Previous experience working within an Administrational role.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Motivated and using own initiative to carry out daily tasks.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday – 08.00am until 17.00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
**Must have own transport as you will be required to travel to head office in Snitterfield for the first 2 weeks for training**
