Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to work on a part time basis for our client who are ventilation and acoustic specialists based in Kitts Green, Birmingham.
As an Office Administrator you will be assisting and contributing to the day to day smooth running of the office. You will be required to ensure all enquiries re dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls and dealing with enquiries/quotations
* Responding to emails and sending quotations
* Processing Customer orders
* Booking relevant transport for deliveries
* Ensuring all work process logs are updated
* Sorting of daily post
* Pairing up delivery notes and purchase orders
* General filing
Skills Required:
* Knowledge of general office administration procedures
* Ability to multi-task
* PC literate including MS applications
* Excel skills is essential
* High attention to detail and accuracy
Working Hours: This role is a temp-perm working Monday – Thursday 11.30am till 4.30pm and Fridays 9am till 2pm.
